Working out has been doing a number on my now 9 weeks post new growth and edges but spraying it with KC CMS and then tying my edges down with a scarf has been help keep everything tame and presentable.
I've been experiencing long strand breakage for the last couple of days and I have no one to blame but my self... I haven't done a protein treatment in 9 weeks! Time to fix that during my next wash.
Sometimes, I daydream about dyeing my hair some whacky non-traditional color, like dark purple.
Many of you have requested I post pics of/list my full stash. I'm too nervous to do it! Lol!
I can't remember the last time I cross-wrapped my hair. I now bun for bed... buns have officially taken over my hair life.
Some days I want to put some box braids in and call it a day.
I dreamt I cut my hair, pixie style, and I liked it. I hid my shears under my mattress the next morning.

DeleteI hv been experiencing what I think is a lot of shedding since I began my journey. My hair is growing but I don't think I am retaining the length that I cud. I hv done the tea rinses the last few weeks, but I hv not done a protein treatment in about a month. It seems that I am a shedder.

Question Jenijen? Do you allow your hair to air dry somewhat before you blow dry?
Thanks Pebbles, and yes I do let it dry. It's always best to let hair dry a bit before blow drying, avoid blow drying soaking wet hair.
