As you know, I'm transitioning to texlaxed. ORS Root Stimulator is working well for me in terms of underprocessing my hair but I still have to take caution not to smooth my hair too much (which I think I kinda did during my last touch up) to maintain an even underprocessed texture. What really caught my eye with the new Butter Blend Relaxer is the mild formula. "Minimum curl reduction, texturizing, loose curls to waves," well that sounds right up my alley! I'm excited about this but also a bit apprehensive. It actually takes me weeks to talk myself into actually trying a new product because I have my staples and I know what works. ORS works for me, what if I amble back over to Mizani BB and it's not all sunshine and roses and my hair takes a beating as a result. Wouldn't want that, no ma'am! But still, a relaxer that has texlaxing in mind, very tempting.
Who am I kidding, I know I'm going to try it.... eventually :)
What are your thoughts? Have you tried the new formulas out? Would you try it?
